What is included?

Our RVs come stocked with reusable plates, bowls, cups, utensils, cooking utensils, pot, pan, baking sheet, trash can, and broom with dust pan. We also include 4 camping chairs and an outdoor camping rug.

You will also have everything you need to connect to water, power, and sewer (water hoses, dump hoses, power cords, adapters, etc.). 

Don’t forget to bring your own linens, blankets, and pillows. 

Do I need to bring my own hitch?

You can bring your own or use ours. We have weight distribution systems for our trailers. If you choose to use ours, we will adjust the hitch to match your tow vehicles height. The wight distributions systems helps for a more stable ride and prevent sway during windy conditions or big semis passing you by on the highway. 

What do we need if we are not on hook ups to power, water, and/or sewer?

We have generators available for rent ($25/night) that will keep the batteries charged and run the AC, microwave, and outlets around the RVs. 

The RVs do have a fresh water tank that holds clean water, we don’t have easy access to water so we can’t guarantee that we can provide a full tank of water. You can usually find a dump station to fill up with water or some gas stations are nice enough to let you fill up. There is an application called ‘Campendium’ that lets you look up dump stations on your route. 

There are usually two holding tanks for black (toilet) and grey (shower and sinks) water. You will have to dump the tanks before returning the RV. There is a $60 dump fee if you’d like for us to take care of that for you. 

Are there any mileage fees?

Our trailers do not have any mileage fees. However, our drivable RVs we do charge $0.37/mile. 

Do you deliver?

We charge $4/mile to deliver our trailers up to 120 miles from Santa Clarita, CA. That includes us dropping off, setting up, and picking it up. Please contact us for pricing if you need it delivered further than that. 

Our drivable RVs we deliver for $10/mile up to 25 miles from Santa Clarita, CA.  

Do you allow festivals?

There is a premium charge added for festivals and special events. Contact us for details. 

Do you allow burning man?

We DO NOT allow our drivable RVs to burning man. We DO allow our trailers, you will need a proper tow vehicle. Please reach out for burning man rates.
